Presence facade

addPresence(options?) creates a jolly-presence snapshot view. Presence is also exported for direct construction.

• update() replaces the snapshot. The iterable is copied.
• onSelect() subscribes to jolly-peer-select from remote rows and returns the unsubscribe. See selection.
